The Demondrille Stud Flock No. 3994 was founded in 1983 with the purchase of one hundred stud ewes and their lambs from Tulangi (Flock No. 56).

Prior to founding the stud the Davis Family had been breeding fine wool Merino Sheep since 1942.

The flock bred from Tulangi continually from 1951 and since founding the stud, sires have been introduced from Merryvile and other Merryville based studs. Stud ewes have been purchased from Merryville also.
